In just a few minutes, the Celebrity Apprentice Finale will air on the East Coast and we will see (hopefully) the much anticipated return of Bret Michaels. After ump-teen weeks of work, Donnie Trump will chose his Celebrity Apprentice! Whose Snapple flavor will come out on top? Will it be Bret’s “Trop – A- Rocka” or Holly’s “Compassionberry”??

Hi, Chris here… Just wanted to drop by and say thanks for the great info you have here. I find that cardio is a great method for losing weight, but should always be combined with a solid diet program as well. Peace – Chris
